A Tualatin Middle Eastern food specialist said a new facility and a name change has been just the ticket for growth.
Trazza Fine Lebanese Food, formerly Great Cedar, entered a 7,300-space in March at Franklin Business Park. As such, the 18-employee company has begun producing a larger (10 ounces) hummus offering along with its array of falafel, mjadra, baba ghanouj, tabbouleh, baklava and other tasty Lebanese food items.
Claude Karam, the company’s CEO and president, changed the name “to reflect our authentic and unique products.”
